Visitors enter via the flagpole platform, follow the great mall flanked by twin reflecting pools and headstone plots, and explore the memorial chapel.
Facilities include free on-site parking, wheelchair-accessible paths and visitor centre, restrooms, and complimentary admission. A 4,000-square-foot visitor centre opened in May 2014, featuring interpretive exhibits with personal stories, photographs, films, and interactive displays on the Battle of the Atlantic and Americans in Great Britain.
